4. Changes to the work
Any change to the scope of work, price, or schedule must be agreed to in writing and signed by both parties before the changed work is performed. Oral changes are not binding.
5. Entire agreement
This document contains the entire agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. There are no other agreements, oral or written, except as set forth herein. Any modification must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
6. Related-entity disclosure
The Contractor discloses the following corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, sole proprietorships, or other legal entities that are or have been a home improvement contractor related to the Contractor: None.
7. Owner's right to cancel
You, the Owner, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. See the attached Notice of Cancellation form for an explanation of this right.
