6. Related-entity disclosure

The Contractor discloses the following corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, sole proprietorships, or other legal entities that are or have been a home improvement contractor related to the Contractor: None.

7. Owner's right to cancel

You, the Owner, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. See the attached Notice of Cancellation form for an explanation of this right.
